We are happy to announce that the Omotesenke Domonkai will be holding its “Hatsugama – New Year Tea Gathering” and would like to extend our invitation to you and your friends joining us in celebrating the New Year.

Remarks:
- Please register only one member per registration. You may invite non Omotesenke Domonkai members as guests.
- You may register your guest(s) separately from the registration form under your account.
- We will scan the QR code at the reception to confirm your attendance. The QR code will be included in the confirmation email sent to you upon completing your registration. Please have the QR code ready, either displayed on your mobile device or as a printed copy, when you arrive at the reception on the day of the event.
- On the day of the event, pick up your Tea Tickets for Honseki, Fukuseki and Tenshin (lunch) at the registration desk. Changing seating sessions on the day of the event is not allowed.
- Cancellations accepted prior to December 23, 2024. Refundable minus any transaction fees.
- No refunds if canceled on or after December 23, 2024.
