Zenshuji 100th Anniversary Dinner Banquet

On May 27th, a banquet was held to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Soto Zen Mission in North America and Zenshuji Soto Mission. A total of 19 members from Omotesenke Domonkai Southern California Region attended. About 400 people from across Japan, the United States and affiliates of Soto Zen Buddhism participated in the grand and harmonious gathering, celebrating the milestone of the 100th anniversary. 
We enjoyed the evening with a performance by the youth Japanese drum group “Zendeko” and a performance featuring Namahage.
